Term and conditions

THE PRICES INCLUDE: Daily cleaning (except Sundays), final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, access to the SPA, bike storage, ski room with ski boot dryer, washing machine for shared use, garage.

TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per day is not included in the price and applies to all guests over 14 years old.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: The apartments are available starting from 3 p.m. on the check-in day until 10 a.m. on the check-out day. We kindly ask our guests to inform us if the expected check-in time is after 6 p.m.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: The reservation becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit, that should be completed within 10 days from the date of reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card, Visa).

CANCELLATION TERMS: In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, no penalty is applied. For cancellations communicated between 27 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total price is charged. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the total price is charged. In case of late arrival or early departure the price is calculated for the whole period stipulated at the time of reservation.

PAYMENT MODES: For the final payment we accept cash (up to € 3000), bank cheque or transfer, credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Amex) or Bancomat (debit cards). We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure.

PETS: During the winter season pets are not accepted. During the summer season, upon prior agreement, we accept small pets. We kindly ask our guests not to leave their pets unattended in the apartment.

 NO SMOKING:  Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and in the common areas.
