Another attraction is the cuisine of the Alpine Hut Pralongià, appreciated for the quality of ingredients and for the skilful cooking mastery.
The combination of Ladin gastronomic traditions and Mediterranean recipes is balanced by the careful choice of local products. Meat, speck, cheeses, milk come exclusively from South Tyrolean farms, while game is sometimes provided by the owners themselves, who are fond of hunting in their free time. Even guests with special dietary requirements won't leave hungry, thanks to the competence and creativity of the cooking team, able to offer, upon request, tasty vegetarian solutions as well as gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
All these delicacies are accompanied by a splendid 360-degree panorama, available both in the rustic main restaurant decorated with pieces of handicraft and in the graceful Zirmstube, entirely built with stone pine wood. In case of good weather, the ample outdoor terrace welcomes guests with lots of sun, boundless views and sometimes even with live music.
